As the co-creator of Why Communications, a full-service boutique brand market design studio, Castle created the re-design and retail launch packaging of the million dollar-selling Hollywood Celebrity Diet, was the creative voice behind the ground-breaking, award-winning website Concept Cure for General Motors, created the marketing and packaging campaign for the Emmy winning short film The Question, was the creative director for the First Official 3D Virtual Star Trek convention as well as successfully steering identities for dozens of small business owners and entrepreneurs, including coaches, authors, realtors and others.

She is the co-author of the BrandU Bible, the only step-by-step workbook for developing your business as a brand, Why BrandU:Big Business Success No Matter Your Size and It’s A BrandU Day, a fail-proof method for transforming the fears that keep your business small. She has traveled the nation making presentations including Mark Victor Hansen’s “Mega Series” and T. Harv Eker’s “MasterTracs” and “The World’s Greatest Marketing Seminar,” and worldwide virtually in Microsoft’s “Live Meeting.” Kim co-founded the theory of Unified Conscious Development (UDC) andis the co-founder of The Dream Exchange and The Whole Wealth™ Institute.
