Brad is the President of Business Appraisal Services, LLC, a firm located in the Chicago area which Brad established 16 years ago. Brad has spent over 30 years performing valuations of over 4,500 privately-owned businesses. His firm has helped countless owners transition their businesses to new owners. Owners have used Brad’s services for gifting stock, selling to independent buyers, and establishing Employee Stock Ownership Plans.

Brad has testified in federal court on behalf of ESOP Trustees, and also is a member of the Board of Directors of a large ESOP holding company.

Brad’s work with ESOPs includes the structuring of the initial stock transaction and performing the annual stock valuation that is required by law for ESOP companies.
